Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved crafting it for you! Thus, in case you’re not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, we have made the process of placing returns absolutely smooth & customer-friendly.

We abide by a ‘No Questions Asked Return Policy’ that allows you to seamlessly return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the order delivery for a complete refund.

Items Eligible for the Return

  • All the items (including free gifts) that are in their original, unused condition, & have not been subjected to any sort of wear & tear qualify for the return.

  • The items that fall under the category of ‘final sales’ such as personalized or engraved jewelry are deemed as ineligible for the return/exchange.

  • Please make sure that the shipment is properly packaged (retaining its original state), includes all the documentations & paperwork, and is shipped along with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number intact.

The Customer-Friendly Process for Returns & Refund

  • All the items purchased are eligible for the return/exchange within 30 days of the order delivery. You may contact the customer care executive to place the return request (Call: (+1)318 479 0290) / Email: )

  • After your request is approved, we’d share a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label with you (so that you’re covered in the event of loss/damage of the shipment while it is in transit).

  • For shipping, make sure to retain the packaging in its original state and affix the shipping label on top of the box.

  • It is mandatory to mention the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) on top of the box for the return to be acknowledged.

  • Once done, you can simply post the article to us via UPS.

  • We’d notify you as soon as the return shipment reaches us.

  • The item(s) then undergoes a number of quality checks to be approved for the return. You can expect this process to take around 4-5 business days.

  • As soon as the item is deemed as fit for the return by our team, we proceed with crediting the refund to your account and notify about the same via mail. You can expect the refund to be reflected in your bank account within 10-12 business days.

Please Note

  • The processing of returns & refunds is only commenced on business days. On festive or national holidays, you can expect some delay.

  • If you’re using a shipping label of your own, it is requested to make sure that it has been insured and approved on prior basis, since Vibrant Jewels denies any liability for damaged/stolen items.
